Build. Care. Sustain.

Services Portfolio

The work that starts
before — and never stops after.

Operational management, maintenance frameworks, technical consulting, statutory filings and equipment supply. The parts of a project that determine whether the asset still performs in year fifteen.

How a project runs

Method

Six stages, one owner. No handover gaps between design, procurement, construction and operation — because that is where cost and schedule quietly disappear.

  1. Stage 01

    Assess

Site survey, influent and stream characterization, treatability study, and a candid feasibility position.

  2. Stage 02

    Engineer

Process selection, mass balance, hydraulic profile, P&ID, structural and electrical design, and a costed BOQ.

  3. Stage 03

    Clear

CTE filing, EIA where applicable, SEIAA/MoEF&CC coordination and statutory documentation.

  4. Stage 04

    Build

Procurement, fabrication, civil works, mechanical and electrical installation under a single schedule.

  5. Stage 05

    Commission

Dry and wet testing, biological seeding and stabilization, performance guarantee runs, and CTO support.

  6. Stage 06

    Sustain

O&M or AMC cover, spares provisioning, telemetry-backed reporting and periodic compliance audits.

02

Turnkey EPC & Asset Management

Services

Lifecycle ownership of the asset — from the first site assessment to the twentieth year of operation.

01

Turnkey project execution

End-to-end delivery spanning site assessment, customized engineering design, fabrication, mechanical and electrical installation, and final commissioning.

02

Operations & Maintenance (O&M / AMC)

Routine plant servicing, scheduled preventive maintenance, critical spares management and on-site operational support to hold peak asset uptime.

03

Retrofitting & capacity upgrades

Engineering enhancement and capacity expansion of legacy water and wastewater plants to meet tightening discharge norms or increased production demand.

04

Rehabilitation & modification

Diagnosis and rebuild of underperforming assets — hydraulic re-rating, media and membrane replacement, and control system modernization.

03

Industrial Equipment & Spares

Services

Supply of the consumables and hardware that keep treatment assets running — specified against your existing plant, not substituted on price alone.

01

Pumping & metering

High-pressure and desalination pumps, electronic dosing pumps, pressure controllers and replacement wet-end components.

02

Filtration media & hardware

Precision, security and self-cleaning filter housings, food and pharmaceutical grade housings, cartridges, filter bags and FRP pressure vessels.

03

Membranes & resins

Industrial RO/NF/UF membranes, membrane housings and high-grade ion exchange resins for softening and demineralization duty.

04

Valves, fittings & piping

Thermoplastic and metal valves, multiport control valves, solenoid valves, butt-weld fittings and distribution hardware.

05

Instruments & disinfection

Industrial instrumentation, pressure gauges, flow meters, PLC control panels, UV sterilizers, ozone generators and chlorination equipment.

04

Audits, Consultancy & Clearances

Services

The technical and statutory work that happens before capital is committed — and the compliance work that never stops afterwards.

01

Water audit & feasibility

Analytical review of existing water streams, mass balance calculation and treatability testing to cut consumption and operating expenditure.

02

Process diagnostics

Plant health assessment, chemical dosing optimization, and state-level CTE/CTO feasibility assessment with environmental report generation.

03

EIA & environmental clearances

EIA report preparation, SEIAA and MoEF&CC application filing, public hearing coordination and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) monitoring.

04

Permits, audits & remediation

Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) renewals, routine compliance audits, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessment, and contaminated land and groundwater restoration.

Statutory coverage

Filings we handle end to end

  • CTEConsent to Establish — application, technical annexures and follow-through
  • CTOConsent to Operate — first grant and subsequent renewals
  • EIAEnvironmental Impact Assessment reporting and baseline studies
  • SEIAAState-level appraisal filings and query response
  • MoEF&CCCentral clearance applications and compliance reporting
  • EMPEnvironmental Management Plan drafting and periodic monitoring
  • ESAPhase I and Phase II environmental site assessment
  • PHPublic hearing coordination and documentation
